En pleno Centro Histórico de Valencia, a 50 metros de la Plaza de la Reina, Catedral , Lonja, y Mercado Central, espectacular apartamento muy luminoso, muy moderno y lujoso de 2 habitaciones y 100 m2 de superficie, una principal con una cama de 1.60 x 2.00 m con un vestidor muy grande y otra habitación doble con dos camas individuales y un pequeño vestidor + cocina premium + 1 baño y 1 aseo y 3 balcones abiertos a la calle En Bou. Edificio totalmente rehabilitado. La vivienda además posee varios premios de arquitectura y ha sido publicada en varias revistas de diseño. La vivienda está en la segunda planta de un edificio de 3 plantas. Solo existe un vecino por planta. El edificio no dispone de ascensor aunque dispone de una escalera muy ancha y cómoda. El apartamento dispone de un salón muy grande con sofa de 2.40 metros, la cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, lavadora, secadora, horno, microhondas, lavavajillas, placa de cocina de gas y de inducción, todos los electrodomesticos de la cocina son de alta gama o premium plus. Hay aire acondicionado frio, calor, por conductos, también hay radiadores de gas natural, la iluminación es graduable. La casa conserva el estilo tradicional del casco histórico aunque posee un aspecto más moderno, de diseño y muy exclusivo. Many characteristic restaurants and shops dot the area, where you can taste our Mediterranean gastronomy and culture. You can walk to all the landmarks of the city in less than 5 minutes. The Malvarrosa beach is 15 minutes away, with the Metro from Xátiva and Colon station (5min) and transshipment on the Tram. If you wish to visit the City of Arts and Sciences you can take the Bus (15min). In addition, there is a bike rental less than 1 minute away, to explore the city or to reach the Jardines del Real or the Turia River Garden, the "Central Parc" of València in 5 minutes. The old River Turia's garden is a green belt that connects the whole city, where you can spend the day strolling under the shade of the trees while touring and visiting different monuments until you reach the City of Arts and Sciences. It is very easy to get to the apartment since the Xàtiva metro stop with direct connection to the airport and the train station are 5 min. I will be happy to receive you at any time of the day.
