the apartment is located on the ground floor of a private house, in a very quiet neighborhood of family houses. the area of the apartment is 35m in which they are located a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. satellite TV free wi fi parking in front of the house for free small private garden with charcoal grill and garden furniture small pets allowed proximity to the city center (1 km) to Stella Maris beach (2 km) to food store (30 m)

Miran ambijent okružen prirodom udaljen od mora 5 km. Kamena kuća sa hrastovim namještajem na 3 etaže, sa velikim otvorenim prostorima. S prekrasnim pogledom na more i Alpe. U neposrednoj blizini vlasnici imaju proizvodnju sira pa se mogu degustirati različiti autohtoni sirevi. Također na livadama u blizini mogu se vidjeti ovce kako pasu. Extremly relaxing destination. We are located in the top of the hill in a very quiet place, surrounded with pure nature. You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.

Welcome to fully comfortable apartment on the ground floor of a family house in a quiet area of Lucija. It is located 1,5 km from the Turistic center Portorož surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes, casinos, nightlife, shopping mall and the beach. Capacity is 2 or 3 persons (one double bed and one auxiliary bed with equipped kitchen, garden, tv, free wi-fi internet connection and air condition. There is privat parking place in front of the house for your car.
