Een typisch Spaanse bodega uit 1850 waarin authentieke bouwelementen bewaard zijn gebleven. We hebben vier kamers te verhuren altijd inclusief ontbijt . Op 4 km afstand bevindt zich het levendige dorp Pinoso waar je vele barretjes en restaurants (inclusief Michelin-ster) vindt en sportcentrum muziek –en kunsttheater, winkels en supermarkten. Bienvenido a "Casa Mimosa". A 10 minutos de la playa y 5 minutos del pueblo en coche o moto, en un entorno muy tranquilo sin ningún tipo de ruido. Les ofrecemos una estancia tranquila y relajada en una casa de campo cálida y rústica. Incluye desayuno. Welcome. We are 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the old town by car or motorbike. Una aventura que me llevó a recuperar la antigua Granja de mis abuelos y transformarla en un pequeño complejo agro-turístico en Salem, Valencia. Contamos con una Casa principal que tiene 7 habitaciones cada una con su baño, ideal para grupos de amigos, familias o incluso reuniones de empresa y talleres. Nuestra capacidad máxima es de 14 personas, asegurando un espacio cómodo y acogedor para todos.

Rum nr 2, 28 kvm 1 trappor upp (utan hiss ) ett av våra finaste rum med med två enkelsängar sängar 90x190cm som antingen kan placeras som dubbelsäng eller var och en för sig som enkelsängar. Rummet har en liten balkong mot gatan, eget badrum med värmegolv, AC för värme och kyla. Huset är centralt beläget i Cocentaina nära, Palacio Comtal och stora torget, Plaza Vener Escuder med Mercat Municipal. Där även de lokala marknaden är varje torsdag. OBS! då råder parkering förbud från onsdag kväll.

Se trata de un Pueblo pequeño, de unos 3.000 habitantes. Disponemos de Barbacoa. También de cocina, totalmente equipada y de la que se debe abonar una pequeña cantidad por su uso y por persona y dia.
