La casa es amplia, tranquila y acogedora, con 6 dormitorios (con AC), 3 baños, piscina, casa barbacoa, campo de baloncesto-minitenis y chimenea para su uso exclusivo. Zona tranquila a 7km del centro de Palma, aeropuerto y playas. Supermercados a 1km. Ideal para descansar, excursiones por la isla, ciclismo etc...Nos encantan las mascotas, así que tráetela ;-)

* We have renovated our tennis court for the 2025 season. Its a "hybrid" clay court and new LED lighting. Pictures are live! A perfect place for 1-2 couples or a family of 4 to get away. We have 2 bedrooms available but the base cost is only for 1 room. If you are only 2 people but want the additional room you will need to make the booking as if you were 3 people as we charge an additional fee for the second room. If you are 4 people please book it for 4 people not 3 - Thanks

Palma, pool, near beach ,jacuzzi,no car need,golf

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.
