This is a legal tourist flat. It's located next to the Sagrada Familia. Tourist tax is included in the price, there are no extra charges. MAKE SURE YOU ASK ABOUT THE TAX WHEN COMPARING PRICE TO OTHER LISTINGS :) Combining the old building with a modern loft style my goal is that you feel at a second home. The balcony overlooks inside the residential block, so there is no traffic noise at all. It's important that you know that there is no elevator in the building and you have to go up 4 floors.

Sant Cugat has not lost the charm of the town, from where you can escape to Barcelona, rest on the beaches from the coast or discover a Catalan icon: the mountain of Montserrat. You can forget your car from here since, in rush hour every 3 minutes a train passes that leaves us in downtown Barcelona.

Está pensado para 2 personas y cuenta con 1 cama doble. En caso que sea necesario, también hay un sofá para una tercera persona.

Gaze through an incredible arched window that extends almost across the whole room and to the ceiling of this light-filled loft. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.

It is a 70 m2 air conditioned open space, heat pump heating systems, and fully equipped, with a double bed and a sofa bed, and a rear balcony useful as a smoking area; also allows to have a coffee on a sunny morning. If you need us to pick up you in the airport, we can help you with that at any time.
