“El Granero” Lower Barn at Quixote Farm

You need a rest. See you soon™️ Since 2022, Quixote Farm has become a beloved getaway for countless guests who have returned time and again to enjoy the farms uniquely restorative effects. Modeled after a European farmstay, guests love walking in the orange groves, visiting with the rescue animals, shopping in the farmshop, enjoying a beautiful breakfast, or enjoying the very popular Sunset and Charcuterie experience. Note:European Farmstays are exactly that: A family farm. Not a 5-star resort.

Cranberry Cabin

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic cozy cabin on the top of the mountain. A basecamp ready for your Palomar adventures. This is a tiny home, 19' x 11' (the bedroom is 11x11ft). Max sleeping capacity: 2 adults and one child under age 5. No AC. Valley views are from guest accessible property, not directly from the cabin porch. Max 2 dogs stay free - disclose bringing them. $100 cat cleaning fee on top of our $50 cleaning fee, and we will charge $200 if you fail to disclose your cat(s).

Glamping🌟 Unplug and unwind in a serene setting with breathtaking mountain views and unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. At night, marvel at the star-filled skies — one of the area’s most magical features. Your private retreat awaits in “Serenity,” a beautifully appointed 30ft Airstream. Spend your days lounging in the cozy teepee daybed, or soaking in the hot tub stargazing under open skies. As evening falls, curl up with a glass of wine by the fire on our expansive floating deck.

Lakeview Tiny House w/hillside pool

Tucked into the hillside by Lake Hodges, the tiny house is a romantic retreat or a place to unwind surrounded by nature, w/plenty of amenities so you don't have to sacrifice comfort. Lake & mountain views from inside & out-- private, large covered deck, dining patio, outdoor shower (& indoor), beautiful saltwater pool, & fire bowl. Though it feels like you're in a secluded retreat, urban amenities are just a few miles away. SD Zoo Safari Park, wineries, breweries & beaches all w/in easy reach.

The Wood Pile Inn getaway

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This historic cabin built in 1920 was recently refurbished to its old charm with some modern upgrades for your comfort. The original owner of the Cabin was an author named Catherine Woods. She wrote the very first book on the history of Palomar Mountain; Teepee to Telescope. You'll find a copy in the cabin for a good read.Lots of natural light make this little cabin feel spacious, the windows throughout the cabin offer a beautiful forest view.

Casa Grotto, Romantic Stone Cottage w/ Ocean Views

Perched 800ft above sea level with panoramic ocean views from La Jolla to Catalina Island, Casa Grotto is a unique stone studio carved into the ocean view hillside of Lake San Marcos . Built in the 80's using stone from the mountain, the space was updated in 2025 with modern touches—featuring a rock shower, full kitchen, AC, and gym. Just 20 minutes from the beach, it’s a dreamy escape for surfers, hikers, and couples looking for a romantic getaway. No pets—our two friendly boxers live on-site

Our casita is a newly remodeled guest house on an incredibly beautiful landscaped property filled with the owners' colorful artwork. It is located behind our home, but our guests just love it because you have total privacy including your own private patio and it is very peaceful and quiet. Close to beaches, Temecula wine country, San Diego Zoo Safari Park, and more, in a quiet country setting. 3 minutes from two market/delis (one with a bar and live music) and only 5 minutes from I-15 freeway.

A custom Log Cabin, perched on top of 15 acres located just outside of Ramona.You have an open-air experience while still having all necessary amenities to feel at home.Step outside and be surrounded by green, rolling hills and tall trees.Interact with animals, and enjoy the outdoors.Evenings you can retreat inside, sit by the cozy fireplace, play a game of pool, or go sit under the stars . Come fall in love with animals like mini highlands, alpaca, emu, mini donkeys, and more .

Sunset Dome

Our dome is a half-moon structure that features a king-size memory foam bed and an outdoor shower under a pepper tree, while the deck provides stunning views of the hilltop. We're located in a gated community close to all major attractions, and guests can enjoy beautiful sunsets, starry skies, ocean breeze, and bird watching (21 different kinds). The dome is 200 sqft with AC/heater, an outhouse (composting toilet), and outdoor showers, making it a perfect choice for glamping.

The RoadHouse! A cozy, stylish spot smack dab in the middle of wine country. You can walk to many wineries from our location, really! Or stay on site and enjoy the private jacuzzi spa (always hot!), have a round of mini golf or just relax on the deck. Located on a fully fenced property The Roadhouse has everything you need for a fantastic wine country getaway. Don’t forget to get up early and check out the hot air balloons. They land outside our fence most days!
