Prostran apartman u potkrovlju s velikom natkrivenom terasom za objedovanje i druženje te s balkonom s kojeg se pruža pogled na prirodu. Na raspolaganju je i arboretum s mnoštvom ukrasnog bilja, sjenicom te prostorom za kavu, čitanje i roštiljanje. Kuća je smještena u Parku prirode Medvednica, u čijoj su blizini Specijalna bolnica za medicinsku rehabilitaciju te bazeni s termalnom, ljekovitom vodom. Gostima je na raspolaganju i kućna teretana i dva sportska bicikla. Kućni ljubimci su dobrodošli.

Ugodan stan u Varaždinu-besplatan parking

Apartman se nalazi u mirnom kvartu u blizini svih sadržaja. Centar grada je udaljen 10 minuta hoda, željeznička stanica je udaljena 5 minuta hoda. Sastoji se od spavaće sobe (bračni krevet), kuhinje, kupaonice, ostave i velike terase. Opremljen za ugodan boravak na kraće, ali i duže vrijeme. Mogućnost smještaja i treće osobe na kauč. U stanu je dostupan 5G brzi internet. U objektu se nalazi prijenosni krevet za bebe. Prostor je klimatiziran. Imamo prostor za sigurno čuvanje Vaših bicikla.

Awesome Free Time Studio

Apartment is located near the old city of Maribor (20 minutes walk) and 8 km from Maribor skiing and hiking area (Pohorje). It is surrounded with quiet and green neighbourhood. We would be glad to personally welcome every guest. There is a free parking place available in the houseyard just next to the apartments entrance. It has 150m2, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, where one of it has additional attached and a bedroom with a double bed. Each of the bedrooms has bathroom attached.

Modern mini penthouse [2 terraces]

Comfortable and functional apartment for 2 people with not one, but two terraces. Both are designed as a chill-out zone, where you can enjoy sunsets with a view of the blue sky, the surrounding greenery and the Ivanšćica. With free parking, this apartment is all you need for a relaxed weekend in beautiful Varaždin. If you don't feel like going out, relax in the apartment that has everything you need. And if you feel adventurous, the city center is a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

Green Dream Zagreb gives the feeling of a holiday in the country but you are in the centre of Zagreb within 10-12 minutes of driving. This 4-star eco apartment is our only apartment and part of our eco property. It is a lively mixture of luxury living and authentic local flair. Perfect choice especially for families with children. We take care of the national standard healthcare cleanliness in the Apartment. The swimming pool is open from May 20 - September 30 (FOR GUEST USE ONLY).

Apartman u Varaždinu, opremljen za ugodan i opuštajući boravak. TV, WiFi, klima... Apartman ima spavaću sobu s bračnim krevetom i kvalitetan ležaj na razvlačenje u dnevnom boravku. Opremljena kuhinja (aparat za kavu,štednjak, kuhalo za vodu, hladnjak, perilica suđa) sa stolom za blagovanje. U kupaonici se nalaze tuš kabina, sanitarni čvor, perilica rublja, sušilica rublja i sušilo za kosu. Apartman se nalazi u stambenoj zgradi, na drugom katu. Oko 15 min šetnje do centra Varaždina.

"Old City Center" Residence

The apartment lies in the old city center of Maribor. The location is very peaceful, quiet and there is also a beautiful terrace on which you can relax in every season of the year. The apartment is newly renovated and modernly decorated. Due to its location in the pedestrian zone there is no parking space directly in front of the apartment, however there is a payable parking lot called Slomškov trg, for which you can look up the prices and free parking hours on Acess for Guests.

Apartment "Dublin" is a perfect place for a couple or single person. It is located in the city centre, in a detached house consisting of 2 apartments, each with separate entrance. There is a free WiFi, bedroom with ensuite bathrom, washing machine and walk-in wardrobe as well as lovely terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a clothes dryer in the common space . Parking is provided in the yard and is free of charge.
