Nyrenoverat fritidshus precis intill sjön Örlen. Runt huset löper en stor altan där det finns flertalet ställen att slå sig ner på för att följa solen runt huset. Mot sjön finns spabad, utedusch, loungesoffor solsängar samt en matgrupp. Här får alla plats! Invändigt renoverat i modern stil. Kök och vardagsrum i öppen planlösning med bl a matplats, vinkyl, braskamin och flertalet sittplatser. Två sovrum varav ett med dubbelsäng och ett med våningssäng. Ytterligare sovplatser finns på loftet.

Simsjön is a scenic and peaceful spot, perfect for escaping everyday stress and spending quality time together. You can borrow your own boat to explore the lake and enjoy fishing 🎣🌿

Air conditioning. Bedroom with a bed 140cm. In the middle of the nature, in a forest full of mushrooms and berries. The lake is perfect for long-distance skating in winter. Possibility to loan a boat or raft in the summer, and a wood-fired hot tub in winter time. Wifi. TV. Barbecue.

Här kan ni uppleva tysnaden och ta en paus i livet. Närhet till natur och bad. I huset finns det el bastu och tillgång till spa bad ute. Vid våran egen sjö kan ni avnjuta vedeldad bastu och bad i sjön, varför inte en tur på sjön med flotten i tysthet. Tillgång till 2 st cyklar finns, för en tur i omgivningen. Ingen rökning inomhus på hela boendet, rökning utomhus tillåten Vintertid tar vi ut en kostnad av 200 sek för upptagning av isvak om gäster önskar vinterbad

The back of the property is surrounded by deep, idyllic forest directly connected to the grounds, while the front provides a unique vista of the beautiful lake! Approximately 100 meters from the cottage, you’ll find a cozy public bathing area. Explore the nature and hiking trails around the lake. 3 kilometers to the nearest golf course.

湖畔的大公寓

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the large house with its own entrance. It has three double rooms with room for six overnight guests and a large living room with space for two more. All bedrooms have windows facing the lake. You have access to a private beach with a wood-fired sauna and fishing in the lake. There are also good opportunities for walking, running and cycling tours in the surrounding area and the forest.

A typical charming Swedish red cottage in lovely surroundings. Around 15 min walk to a beautiful lake Toften. Swimming, fishing, birdwatching, hiking, mountainbike ride, ice skating in the winter. Fully equipped house with all year around standards that can accomodate 6 people. It is very quiet and peaceful place. Towels and bedsheets are included ! Fantastisk kvarn med historia från 1500-talet. I köket finns diskmaskin induktionshäll, ugn och micro, kyl/frys. I det lilla tv-rummet finns en smarttv. På övervåningen var det en snickeriverkstad som nu är ett modernt tv-rum med wifi, förstärkare,Chromecast, högtalarsystem och projektor. Dusch finns i källaren. Altanen mot fårhagen har trädgårdsmöbler och spa bad. Vedspis i köket.Bastu finns.

Äppelgården Holiday Home is a small cosy house, situated between the outside of the small village Ullervad and a forest. The river Tidan flows at 200mtr. from the house. The house is suitable for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The house is available only on a weekly basis. Mariestad area offers a lot of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, canoeing and interesting places to visit.
