A private sunterrace on the roof, where you can enjoy the sun from morning until night. A community outdoor pool. Guardamar has a fantastic 14 km beach located 25 minutes by car from Alicante airport.

Se permite las comidas y fiestas familiares en la zona barbacoa pero, sin música alta ni aglomeración masiva de gente (máximo 15 personas).
