Casita de 55 m2 muy tranquila y muy acogedora frente al Mar Mediterráneo,situada en la Urbanización Alkabir de El Campello.Reformada íntegramente en el 2022 para ofrecerte todo tipo de pequeños lujos con el objetivo de tu desconexión y relajación durante tu estancia.Distribuída en 2 plantas,en la 2a se encuentran los 2 dormitorios y 1 baño,en la parte inferior la cocina con barra americana y terraza con ducha exterior con bbq donde podrás pasar unas veladas muy agradables y soleadas 😎🌞🌊🏖⛰️

Lujoso chalet con piscina (con cubierta corredera) y barbacoa, a solo diez minutos del centro de Murcia (la parada del tranvía está a doscientos metros de la vivienda). Disfrutad de su precioso jardín, tumbonas, mini-golf y mesa de billar francés. Existe la posibilidad de alquilar por horas la pista de fútbol tenis y pádel con un coste adicional de 10€. Se permite las comidas y fiestas familiares en la zona barbacoa pero, sin música alta ni aglomeración masiva de gente (máximo 15 personas).
