Barone is a private apartment of about 120 square meters inside the ancient village of the Castello del Duca. 橄榄树中的房子

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Equipped with all comforts, lift and a shared garden with swimming pool located in a former convent building from the 1500s. The apartment has wooden beams ceilings and Roman bricks which are typical in Trastevere. It has a large bedroom with double bed, living room witha double sofabed, kitchen, private bathroom, attic with a single bed and a panoramic terrace with a unique view of the Janiculum Hill.

Vicinissima ad Anzio ed a Roma, la villa puo' essere la base per una serie di escursioni sia nella Capitale che nelle regioni vicine. Si trova nelle immediate vicinanze di bar, supermercati, ristoranti... E' vicina a Valmontone dove si trova il parco divertimenti più grande di Roma Rainbow Magicland ed il Outlet Village Valmontone.
