This Enclave is close on this Vembanad lake. Cozy cottages are built amidst the majestic trees like nutmeg, cloves, coconut trees, jack trees, bread fruit trees, Arecanut, Cocoa etc. The Cottages are thatched with braided coconut palm leaves to obtain a natural cooling effect. The interior is uniquely fashioned. As the walls of the cottages are built with palm tree planks the rooms are never hot. The Cottage is suitable for a family having attached bathroom with all essential interiors.

Count on us to make your stay pleasant and memorable. The Host pappy & anju have been supporting visitors for 10 years. Anju's mouth watering dishes coupled with pappy's insight and organic knowledge sets the pace for the stay here. Fresh fish & seafood are available at our backyard. Boat cruising, cycling, fishing, barbecue, campfire etc are there. the beautiful marari beach & chethy beach are very close to our place. The atmosphere is pleasant, silent and good flow of breeze are here.

Aqua Jumbo 船屋

Aqua Jumbo Houseboat is a “floating palace” is the skilled modification of Kerala’s traditional transporting boats called “Kettuvallam”. Only natural materials used for making this wonder. By staying in our houseboat, guests can can have a great view of the backwaters, with lakes, rivers and canals, the well-used paths along its shores, and the narrow ferry boats in which villagers stand, their colorful clothes contrasting with the lush green foliage beyond.

Mylanthra House is approved and licensed as DIAMOND GRADE since 2005 by the Kerala Tourism department. It is an 85-year-old traditional Bungalow located in Kochi at the bank of Vembanad Lake. This Diamond-graded homestay is built of Plinthite blocks and plastered with lime. Its roofs and floors are covered with old clay tiles & have a wooden ceiling all over. This traditional construction keeps the bungalow cool.
