The property is opposite to the coast guards so sea is less than 20mts from the property,there is a little Seaview from the living as well as terrace. The Beach is just 3 min walk and all the restaurants and tourist spots are about 10 min walkable radius.

Cozy cottages are built amidst the majestic trees like nutmeg, cloves, coconut trees, jack trees, bread fruit trees, Arecanut, Cocoa etc. The Cottages are thatched with braided coconut palm leaves to obtain a natural cooling effect. The interior is uniquely fashioned. As the walls of the cottages are built with palm tree planks the rooms are never hot. The Cottage is suitable for a family having attached bathroom with all essential interiors.

Aqua Jumbo Houseboat is a “floating palace” is the skilled modification of Kerala’s traditional transporting boats called “Kettuvallam”. Only natural materials used for making this wonder. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are freshly prepared (at an extra cost).
