Situada no Cabedelo, esta moradia acolhedora faz parte de uma habitação unifamiliar, com entrada independente e espaços totalmente reservados para os hóspedes. A apenas 5 minutos a pé da praia e a 5 minutos de carro do centro de Viana do Castelo, combina o melhor de dois mundos: serenidade e proximidade urbana. Desfrute da curta distância ao ferry boat para Viana, de escolas de surf, ciclovias, passadiços e dos restaurantes à beira-mar. Ideal para quem procura natureza, descanso e aventura.

An old barn transformed into a cozy and comfortable studio with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, double bed, and children's extra bed. The outdoor space is all-gardened with flower beds, in an extension of 2000 m2. The private garden area of this house is 100 m2 with sunny and shadow spots and garden furniture. 3 km away is the Caminha with terraces and restaurants, known for its natural beauty and local gastronomy. Beautiful beaches, rivers, water-mill, and mountains to explore.

Como minhotos que somos, queremos proporcionar, a quem nos visita, momentos memoráveis, com um ambiente íntimo, hospitaleiro e saudável. As Casas da Levada são do estilo rústico em pedra e madeira. Uma das casas, de tipologia T2, aloja até 4 pessoas + 2 crianças ou 1 adulto e a outra, de tipologia T1, aloja até 2 pessoas.

Tem uma grande área de jardim, com plantas, relva, flores, árvores de frutos, áreas de lazer, churrasqueira, canil/gatil. Situa-se perto de Caminha, Moledo, Vilar de Mouros, Serra D’Arga, Vila Nova de Cerveira, Viana do Castelo e Galiza. Tem espaço para acomodar animais de estimação (no exterior).

Located on the Apulia dunes , this old fishermen shelter was transformed in to an magnificent front house beach, on the terrace you can take sunbaths by the wind protected, you can enjoy every day the sunset over the ocean and sleep by the waving sound.
