Experience life on the Venetian waterways in this canal-side retreat. Opulent, velvet teal curtains hang beneath antique wooden beams, conjuring historic glamour. Arched windows and doors, and a glass floor revealing the water below add more romance.
The apartment, overlooks the canal, was renovated in 2017. The spacious and comfortable apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. there are 2 large double bedrooms with canal view and 2 bathrooms (just one with a shower)
But what makes the apartment unique is the living room kitchen, which overlooks the canal, you will experince a dinner looking at the gondola passing right in front of you! the living is equipped with glass floor directly over the canal. ..and you can see the water in the canal below you !!
WI-FI, sofa, dining table, and kitchenette (electric burners, fridge, kettle, microwave).
The quiet and bright apartment is close to the station and to public transportation, very convenient both when you arrive (by train, plane or car) or to go to Murano, Burano
Bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided. Salt, sugar, oil, coffee are already in the kitchen corner.

The whole apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. At check in time I will give you all the information you need, a map with my favorite and local restaurants (local and authentic Venetian and non-tourist) and all the tips if you want to live Venice as a local Venetian!
The district of Cannaregio is a lively, authentic neighborhood with restaurants, bars, taverns, and shops frequented by locals. It's close to transport stops and is just a short walk from famous sights like Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco.
10 minutes walk from the santa Lucia train station and 5 minutes from san marcuola or Ca d'oro water bus stop
How to reach us:
If you arrive by train From Santa Lucia station walking: go down the stairs of the station and turn left. Walk for 10 minutes on the Lista di Spagna. You will always get straight to the Paolo Sarpi monument in Campo Santa Fosca without any difficulty
We can meet next to the monument of Paolo Sarpi (the apartment is just in front of).
or the other option is to take the water bus vaporetto n 2 and get off at San Marcuola (1 stop 5 minutes)
From the airport: - Marco Polo Airport: take the bus number 5 or the shuttle bus ATVO and get off in Piazzale Roma and then take the waterbus No. 2 to San Marcuola
.- Ca Nova Treviso take the ATVO bus that goes directly to Venice Piazzale Roma and then take the water bus vaporetto No. 2 to San Marcuola
NB: Starting from August 2011 the tourist tax has come into force in Venice. 3 euros per person per night EXCLUDED from the Airbnb price to be paid in cash on arrival. This money, by law, is directed to the city of Venice for the maintenance of our beautiful city.
Children under 10 are free and children aged 10 to 16 pay 1 euro per night
The city of Venice requires a tourist tax of € 3 per person per night that will be paid cash at check in or can be left in the apartment at check out.
Upon your arrival we must ask for the identity card or passport for registration at the tourist office and for the anti-terrorism law.
