It is located on a super quiet residential street, but also a quick walk to a local park, cafes, restaurants, bookstore, and a market. Our cottage is intentionally designed to include (almost) everything you need with lots of small beautiful details. With the warm sunlight and the cool ocean breeze pouring in all at once, it is a wonderful place to relax. We also have a beautiful private cedar hot-tub:)

Discover Ventura! Our Adorable Blue Bungalow + surf shack sleeps 6 and is close to Ventura’s beaches and downtown. The house offers a full kitchen, fast internet, a fire ring in the yard, 2 bikes, and beach gear. Perfect spot for a quick getaway or making memories with family. Longer rentals also welcome. Each property features secure gates that can be locked for privacy or opened to share the space.

Outdoor patio with an ocean view, private court yard to relax in the sun, or enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. Located in the foothills above downtown. Welcome to a safe, quiet neighborhood. The Villa is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Beachtown Garden Casita

The Cottage is a cozy, welcoming casita in the garden of our home. You have a separate gated entrance, full kitchen and bath, bedroom with double bed and a sitting room with queen sleep sofa. There is plenty of outside relaxing space to enjoy the flora while you are a short hop to historic downtown or the beach. City of Ventura STVR (#2340) 10% tax is included in our daily rate.
