After enjoying your day, come back to the patio and sip on some drinks by the fire, and finish the night on the plush memory foam mattress.

We kindly ask that you show the same respect, consideration, and politeness toward us and our home as you would expect from guests in your own home. Our guest suite is on the ground floor of an upgraded,renovated, 2 story home built in 1968. Amenities include: keyless entrance,10'x11' bedroom with queen size bed, private bathroom, private living room with sectional sofa, YouTubeTV, Wi-Fi,shared kitchen, Central Heating and Air Conditioning (Host control: 69-72 F), and a work desk.

The cottage is located by our orchard, very private w views from every window. Comfortably furnished (Queen bed, couch, desk, armoire, dresser,TV) it comes w a kitchen (incl w/d), bathroom (shower) and a fenced yard to relax. It has a light and airy feel, heating and a/c. Comfortable to get to work or heal or explore SoCal's beaches, mountains, hiking, biking, visit Universal Studios or Santa Barbara a perfect little home to get away for a couple of days, weeks or even months.

Our place is a half mile from downtown Ventura, the beach, great surf, the Botanical Garden hiking trail and the famous Ventura Cross. There are plenty of dining options/bars within walking distance, a convenient market and our favorite trendy coffee spot right across the street. If you are a couple looking for a beach get away, solo adventurer, business traveler or a family looking for a fun place to stay right in the heart of Ventura, you will love it here!

With so many options for things to do, it's hard to resist staying in and watching the sailboats or sunset from the outside chairs!
