Chambre au 2ème étage dans hôtel meublé

Chambre non fumeur pour 1 pers, avec lavabo et lit en 90x200. Toilettes (au 1er) et douche (au 2ème) juste à côté, sur le palier, à partager avec 4 locataires d'autres chambres. Attention à la tête en sortant de la chambre, signalisé par un panneau et des leds, du fait de l'ancienneté et la conception du bâtiment. A 50 m de la station de tramway T2 "Les Milons" La chambre a été refaite (peinture, mobilier et literie neufs) mais pas les parties communes, vieillissantes Hôtel et quartier calme.

Mon logement est proche de La gare Montparnasse, le jardin du Luxembourg, saint-Germain des prés, Tour Montparnasse, parc des expositions de la Porte de Versailles.. Vous apprécierez mon logement pour L'accueil, le lit confortable, le confort, la luminosité, la sécurité, un service 24h24.. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires. Nombreux moyens de transport à moins de 3 minutes à pieds de l'hôtel : Méto VAVIN, EDGAR-QUINET, MONTPARNASSE.

Ce studio est situé au 106 rue de Paris, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt. L'enregistrement s'effectue également à cette adresse. Ce studio possède une télévision à écran plat, une kitchenette et une salle de bains privative. L’appartement a aussi des dispositifs anti punaises de lit. Merci de noter que l’enregistrement à l’arrivée se fait au 106 rue de Paris à Boulogne.
