Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Walking distance: a number of excellent restaurants, the supermarket, Laax lake, Laax indoor pool/spa, the bus to the gondola base stations in Laax/Falera/Flims. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 coffee machines (filter & Nespresso), toaster, cheese fondue set, and even a popcorn maker. Unfortunately it doesn't have a dishwasher (yet). The balcony has great views! And the fireplace adds even more charm.

L'appartamento è ampio e luminoso con soggiorno, camera da letto, bagno, balcone. La cucina è attrezzata con forno, vetroceramica, lavastoviglie e tutto quanto serve per godersi un periodo in totale relax. Un bellissimo angolo vetrato dove rilassarsi apprezzando l'ampia e magnifica vista sulle montagne e sulle piste da sci. Piste da sci e centro paese raggiungibili a piedi.

Accesso gratuito a piscina, sauna e palestra del complesso Albarella (da dicembre a febbraio e da giugno a settembre) Parcheggio gratuito a pochi metri dall'entrata dello stabile.
