Walking distance: a number of excellent restaurants, the supermarket, Laax lake, Laax indoor pool/spa, the bus to the gondola base stations in Laax/Falera/Flims. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 coffee machines (filter & Nespresso), toaster, cheese fondue set, and even a popcorn maker. Unfortunately it doesn't have a dishwasher (yet). The balcony has great views! And the fireplace adds even more charm.
