La Casa Di Ale

Il monolocale "La Casa Di Ale" è sito a Seiano di Vico Equense, piccolo borgo storico, un punto strategico della costiera sorrentina, perchè vicino a luoghi turistici ( Pompei, Vesuvio, Sorrento, Capri, Amalfi, Positano). La Casa Di Ale è un accogliente monolocale di recente ristrutturazione, fornito di tutti i comfort. E' composto da ingresso soggiorno con angolo cottura, divano letto (utilizzabile sia come letto matrimoniale che come letti singoli), bagno con doccia. La zona soppalcata dispone di un letto matrimoniale e armadio. Luoghi nelle vicinanze Spiagge: Marina di Seiano ( con spiagge sia libere che attrezzate) raggiungibile sia a piedi, sia in auto e in autobus. Andando verso Napoli (Marina di Vico Equense, Bikini, Capolagala ), verso Sorrento ( marina di Meta, di Piano, di Sant'Agnello e Sorrento). Accogliente monolocale dotato di aria condizionata, terrazzino esterno privato , internet con chiavetta wi-fi. tassa di soggiorno da pagare in loco Per qualsiasi informazione o esigenza, gli ospiti potranno rivolgersi alla sempre disponibile proprietaria. Il quartiere è sito nel centro storico di Seiano, zona molto tranquilla e logisticamente ben collegata. L'alloggio si trova a circa : 500 m dalla stazione ferroviaria ( circumvesuviana ), 150 m dalla fermata dell'autobus, 100 m dal minimarket e bar-tabacchi-edicola , a 20 m dal ristorante/pizzeria. E' importante per Noi la pulizia e ci teniamo che i nostri ospiti trovino una casa pulita ed in ordine con biancheria fresca e profumata.

CasaLina

Casalina is a renovated house in the quiet area of Montepertuso which is 20 minutes away from the center of Positano by bus. 1 minute walking from the restaurant “Il Ritrovo”. Mini-market just around the corner (1 minute walking) There are no steps to get to the house. The house is two floors, with kitchen, a living room, and two bedrooms, two restrooms, wifi, tv. No private parking. The bedrooms have no doors, so if you want privacy it might be an issue. City tax: 2.50€ per person/per night

Sentieri escursionistici e servizi a pochi minuti. La spiaggia è raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata. Ottimamente riscaldata, è ideale anche d’inverno.

The hot tub is heated in march, april, september and october. It is at room temperature in summertime. It is shared. There is a double bed, sofa bed, safe, kitchenette, air conditioning, private bathroom, sea view balcony and private entrance. You can see and hear the sea near by more. It's wonderful..
