Welcome to Castanheiro. Our property is a recently refurbished house built around a century old chestnut tree. A spacious terrace offers a panoramic view of the Santa Cruz Bay. It is conveniently located in Lagoa and within a 3 min walking distance to the ocean . A stroll to natural swimming pools will take you 10 min. The house was lovingly restored to maintain its original stone features. A perfect place to enjoy with family and friends as it comfortably accomodates up to 6 people.

Existem várias praias de areia em redor, uma cascata e uma piscina natural a 5 minutos a pé e um trilho pedestre com uma paisagem deslumbrante. It is a spacious house, consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen, and a living room. Has a terrace with a panoramic view of the sea (south) and mountains. It is often possible to see by naked eye, groups of dolphins pass the sea of the Amora bay, a nearby beach where you can walk from home and enjoy!

Sea Roots "Sea Zone" is located in Mosteiros, a favourite for holidays amongst the island residents for its great weather, rock pools, fishing, diving and the amazing sunsets, which can only be contemplated from the western tip. It comfortably suits up to 4 people and is part of a property where we also live. Just cross the road for a swim in crystal clear pools, and enjoy the most amazing sunsets while dining outside, this house is perfect for a relaxing holiday!

Countryside cottage in the northwest of São Miguel, with views to the ocean, the mountains and the fields. An option for those who want to explore the main attractions of the western part of the island, but wish to stay in a place off the beaten track. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A CAT living in the cottage, she's an INDOOR/OUTDOOR CAT. If you don't like cats or are allergic to them, the cottage is not a suitable option for you.
