Vroeger was dit deel van de boerderij het woongedeelte van de familie, wat terug te zien is aan de authentieke Portugese tegelvloeren, gerenoveerde houten luiken en het plafond-ornament in de hal. Nu is het een zeer sfeervolle, comfortabele vakantiewoning, gelegen tussen fruitboomgaarden en 4km van vissersdorp Fuseta, strand en de lagunas van de Ria Formosa

Quinta da Ria está a 10 minutos de carro e a praia de areia de Altura a 1,5km. A tradicional vila de Cacela Velha, conhecida pelos seus restaurantes de mariscos e praias primitivas, encontra-se a 10 minutos de carro.

Precioso chalet adosado en Ayamonte.Ubicado en una zona residencial tranquila. A dos minutos andando de comestibles, cafeterías, farmacia, Iglesia.... A 700 m del centro y a 4 km. de las playas . Gran jardín privado de 250 m. con césped, árboles, patio y zona de esparcimiento con barbacoa , tumbonas... bajo la sombra de la glicinia. Acceso desde la calle y garaje privados.
