This unit has 2 bedrooms (king in master suite, 2 queen beds in second Bedroom), sofa bed (Queen), and two and a half baths (separate whirlpool bath and stall shower in master), fully equipped kitchen, dining room, large living room & walk out beautiful lake view at the three and a half mile marker. There are 6 outdoor pools open seasonally & POA Aquatic Center which is open year-round

The outdoor pool was fully renovated in 2022, and a large green space with a playground sits right across from the condo. You’ll also have access to on-site tennis and pickleball courts.

You will also have a personal designated parking spot directly in front of the unit.
