Habitant Paris, j'adore venir dans ce Paradis de Villefranche sur mer. J'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à rénover, équiper et décorer en 2019 cet appartement pour le rendre le plus agréable possible. Maintenant, mon plus grand plaisir est de prendre mon café au réveil sur la terrasse devant cette vue magnifique sur le cap Ferrat. Sa situation centrale à proximité de la vieille ville, du port et de toutes les commodités, son ascenseur et un parking municipal au pied de l'immeuble sont aussi un plus.

Newly renovated 100 m2 roof top loft appartement for 6 in the car free old town of Villefranche with a balcony offering breath taking sea views. The place is furnished with Danish and French designer furniture. It is only a 5 minutes walking distance to the beach and the little harbour. It can accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms with very comfortable double beds (180, 160 and 140), 3 bathrooms (2 en suite) and a guest toilet. The third bedroom is rather small. Please see floor plan.

Double bedroom with super comfy new bed giving onto terrace, and a single bed in the living room. Amazing views over the bay of Villefranche, and great for relaxing on the spacious terrace. The owners Helene and Chadwick live next door and are always there for check in/out and local knowledge. Air conditioned.
