This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Bastu med havsutsikt inne i stugan. Dusch och vattentoalett. Litet kök med kylskåp, diskbänk, induktionshäll med två plattor samt ugn, micro och frys. Stor altan med soffgrupp och matplats. Solstolar samt tillgång till brygga och bad. WIFI. Möjlighet att komma med egen båt. 10 % rabatt vid en veckas uthyrning.råden.

Ett perfekt ställe för avkoppling och återhämtning. Användning av spa pool ingår och bastu går att lägga till för en kostnad under er vistelse. Endast 25 minuter med bil till Stockholm city om man vill utforska staden och 10 minuter till härliga vandringsleder i Tyresta Nationalpark. Vill man städa själv går det bra.

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

In nearby Gustavsberg there Are all services you may need such as foodstore. Bakery, cafés. Foodstores etc. Dont miss a visit in the outlet shops for fine Gustavsbergs porcelain as well as Ittala and hackman. Also Gustavsberg is the home of some of Swedens most famous ceramics and artists who have their ateliers in the harbour.

Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

The cottage is located in the Stockholm archipelago, on the island of Älgö with a fantastic view over the water. Sunsets, private jetty and a wood-burning sauna. Veranda and patio. The bedroom has a queen size bed. WiFi and TV. The perfect place for two to enjoy fresh air, peace and quiet, sound from water and beautiful Stockholm archipelago. Please read more about routines on, House rules. Not recommended for families with children unable to swim because of the deep water.

Living room with kitchen table +chairs and sofa bed. Rent our bikes and or canoe to explore Björnö Nature reserve and the archipelago. Two minutes walk to the closest beach.
