Vintage Garden Apartment

Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Our home is a halfway between Pula and Kamenjak park i.e. 6 km distance to both so having the car is highly recommended! Small yet fully equipped and uniquely designed studio on the ground floor is a fine choice to explore local area all year round and 10-15 min. walk to the nearest seashore. You'll have a cute terrace with the front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, STANDARD SIZE CAR PARKING, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi and complete linen. All taxes are included in the price.

Apartman u samom centru grada, svi sadržaji nadohvat ruke. Pogled iz dnevnog dijela i spavaćeih soba na pulsku katedralu i na more pulskog zaljeva. Objekt je klimatiziran sa tri unutarnje klima jedinice, kuhinja objekta nudi sve sadržaje koji su potrebni za življenje, a u dnevnom dijelu se nalazi TV ravnog ekrana sa satelitskim programima te kutna sofa. Kuhinja veličine 3,50*2,10 koja opremljena sa dovoljno posuđa , pribora, začina te stol sa 4 stolice . U kupaoni se nalazi wc školjka, umivaonik, tuš kabina, perilica rublja te ormarić sa ručnicima, deterđentima i šamponima koji su na raspolaganju gostima.

Apartment is in the quiet and peaceful part in the city center. 10 min walking to town main Bus station.

The market is a few minutes walk and it has an amazing amounth of freh fish,meat and vegetables. The port and the bus station are a few minutes walk.
