There is no congestion, crowds, or large commercial beach resorts here. Experience the exact opposite at Courtyard Cottage, walk over the sand dune to a quiet, peaceful beach for a special getaway. A park across the street offers playgrounds and pet-friendly walks, and a local farmers' market opens from 9 a.m. to noon. Saturdays, May 4 - Nov 23. No parties, quiet hours after 10 pm. The TREE HOUSE is an open and spacious cozy home is located in peaceful and safe Old Beach community. Our home is a 7 minute walk to the oceanfront and beach, market, Convention Center, Museum of contemporary Art, amusement parks, the NEW waive park and more. It is a short driving distance (10 minutes) to the Aquarium and local golfing. Parking for 4 vehicles and a huge deck offering outside eating and relaxing space.

We ask that you tell us if you are bringing a pet(s) and I'll message you about the added pet fee.
