This tiny home comes with full bay access (paddleboard provided), community pools (seasonal), tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, playground, a short distance to the beach (beach chairs & beach/pool towels included) and local restaurants. **Newly RENOVATED for 2025**. Trident Cottage is a 2 bedroom 1 bath mobile home situated on a waterfront lot on Back Bay….the beach is a quick 5 minute walk across the street. We include at no extra charge, everything needed for a vacation at the beach! All linens, Beach towels, beach cart, chairs, tent and cooler. Just bring your swim suit and flip flops! I provide you with 2 beach cruiser bikes at no extra charge. Resort amenities are available for your use.

Ms Cissy's Crab Pot Rooms

Enjoy this Cozy full size bed size bed with a Smart TV, desk and chair. Sand colored carpet and calming blue walls. There is a private small bathroom with shower, sink toilet. Towels and face clothes furnished. Buy your own soap, shampoo and personal stuff. No hot plates. No cooking and No smoking in room or house. There are many places to eat..enjoy all over this city. A mini fridge and microwave are on the enclosed porch for both rooms to use.

Grandma's Gift, Surfside In Sandbridge

Grandma's Gift is a cozy cottage with partial water views that sits on the beautiful Bay Back National Wildlife Refuge. You can watch the natural beauty of the Back Bay or take a short two block walk to Sandbridge Beach! Play tennis at our clubhouse, swim in two pools, hike or bike through a nature trail in Back Bay, go kayaking, rent jet skis right next door or go fishing in the Atlantic Ocean on the Pier at Sandbridge Beach right across the street.

Welcome to The Mermaid’s Lair, a serene lakefront studio on Crystal Lake with floor-to-ceiling windows, stunning water views, and a private patio. Enjoy a custom rainhead shower, fire pit, dock access for fishing or kayaking, and a cozy sitting area with a full-size bed. The space includes a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Perfect for peaceful getaways, this retreat offers comfort, beauty, and natural charm.

The Beach Nest. Walk to oceanfront.

The Beach Nest is a pristinely clean cottage located just a half-mile walk from the oceanfront and boardwalk. The cottage is well-outfitted with beach chairs, beach cruisers, beach towels, a beach cart, and a sand umbrella. A quaint retreat ideal for two. The Beach Nest is NOT a party house. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED as we often host guests with allergies.
