Fees for the pool 8 euro per day per person. Breakfast 8 euro for buffet. The territory is clean. In a distance reachable within 1 hour to many marvelous beaches of Albanian riviera like Dhermi, Himara etc, restaurants and clubs around the apartment, 10 minutes to reach the center of the city.
