My studio apartment is near Skradin, town with restaurants, beach and public transport. National park Krka and Prokljan lake is 2 km away and easy to reach. Highway is 2 km away and the closest airport is 30 km away. You will like my place because of the beautiful nature, the view, the location and the coziness. The environment is very quiet and calm. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families.

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ).

The house consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room and a spacious kitchen with all of the appliances you may need. The best part is the sunny balcony, decorated with flowers, settled next to the garden with vegetables - that you may pick if you want :). There is also a grill area which you can use anytime. The neighbourhood is quiet, friendly and family orientated. Welcome!
