Apartman ima ograđeno zemljište površine 500 m s automatskim dvorišnim vratima, parking prostorom, ljuljačkom, biljarom i stolnim nogometom. Gosti imaju na raspolaganju 2 kvalitetna vrtna namještaja, vanjski roštilj(grill, plin). Bazen sa hidro masažama i tušem te ležaljkama, pruža mogućnost uživanja neometanog sunčanja i kupanja. On request, it is possible to rent only half of the object for 6 persons with correction of the price. It's located between National park Brijuni, Fažana and the city center of Pula, which is only 3 km far, as well as the nearest beach.
