My place is close to art and culture, restaurants, the beach, and family-friendly activities. There are 30 golf courses within 30 minutes . The gated community has a lot of amenities. We are 30 minutes south of Daytona Beach. Disney &Sea World are 40 minutes west of our condo. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness. It is located in a gated community with lots of amenities and across the road from a beautiful beach.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

There’s room for trailers and or RV’s. 20 Plus restaurants within 1/4 mile. Worlds Most Famous Beach is 15 min away. A great safe area for kids. This unit is an upstairs FULL apartment that’s very spacious. If you have a pet please view our alternate unit Little Blessings. please keep inside/ outside noice respectable.

It is a large two story house (2,400sq. ft)! Ping pong, air hockey, foosball, checkers/chess table, cornhole, 4 bikes included, huge front porch for people watching, large natural gas fire pit, grill, basketball hoop, and so much more! The bunk room upstairs has its own separate livingroom too! Nothing compares!!
