Cozy Studio Apartment

It is a studio apartment room on the 5th floor with 2 queen beds, FREE car parking for one car (they do NOT allow a trailer or RV), FREE Wi-Fi, pool, private access to the beach, microwave, refrigerator, cooktop, towels, coffee machine, and TV. We work with self-check-in, which is very easy and comfy for our guests. There is no balcony in this unit. The complex is facing the beach; however, the room does NOT have an ocean view.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath suite will sleep 8, has a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a separate living room area with sleeper sofa, washer/dryer, balcony with city or ocean view. You can relax and walk along the quiet shoreline, or seek out something a little louder, NASCAR racing at the Daytona International Speedway is just a short drive away. This condo is NOT pet friendly.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center is located at the heart of Daytona Beach. From the living room you can see the ocean. You can also drive to Ormond Beach a few minutes away to see the dolphins early in the morning. Saint Agustine, the oldest town in America, and Orlando are 1 hour from our resort.
