One of two self contained apartments with fully equipped kitchenettes available to rent. 2 km from the main port of Patitiri and just 0,5 km from the village of Votsi, which has a mini supermarket and some good tavernas and restaurants near the harbour. Private off road parking. Each apartment has the facility to accommodate a third family member to be arranged with the host. In season the local bus can stop outside. Alta Marea

To Alta Marea βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Βαμβακιές Αλοννήσου, που απέχουν 20 περίπου λεπτά (με το αυτοκίνητο) από το Πατητήρι και 8 λεπτά από τη Στενή Βάλα, όπου μπορείτε να βρείτε σουπερμάρκετ και εστιατόρια. Σε απόσταση μικρότερη των 50μ. από την κατοικία υπάρχει ήσυχη παραλία, χωρίς κόσμο. Ωστόσο, αν κάποιος επιθυμεί κάτι πιο έντονο, σε απόσταση 1 χιλιομέτρου βρίσκεται η διάσημη παραλία του Αγίου Δημητρίου. They are full of character with elegant interior decors, entirely suited to the gloriously peaceful rural setting. They are set on the hillside overlooking the Potami valley, on land that has been in the owner's family for over 100 years.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1,5 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and 1 WC. In total, 150sqm. It can accomodate 6 persons( Three couples plus 3 -4 children ) . Outdoors, the house offers an extremely fantastic sea view from its terrace. The distance to the beach is only 50m , 9km away from the port Patitiri and only 5 minutes walk from Steni Vala.
