An old, fenced in and FULLY AIRCONDITIONED country house with a touch of country flair,soul and charming details. It is surrounded with flowers and greeness. NO tolerance for breaking the rules and NO parties allowed, normal fun and activity we love! Local bylaws do not tolerate noise during quiet hours and fines are quite large. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.
