Smještajna jedinica se sastoji od 2 sobe; jedna od njih je bračna, a druga je dvokrevetna. Uz to smještaj ima parking odmah uz kuću, kuhinju, wc, 2 terase, klima uređaj, wi-fi, pećnicu, mikrovalnu pećnicu,perilicu suđa. Gostima su na raspolaganju za korištenje zajedničke perilice i sušilice rublja, roštilj te vanjski tuš.

Es ist ein ca. 300 Jahre altes Steinhaus, liebevoll restauriert mit dicken Natursteinwänden und Holzböden. Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz.
