Welcome to our captivating windmill apartment in Chios, designed for up to four guests. Point of View

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

My apartment is a great place to unwind.Being on the upper floor there is always a cool breeze with lots of shade from the tall trees. Close enough to the port of chios that transportation is not needed. The city has created a new public park next to my home. It features a cushioned jogging track, exercise equipment and basketball courts. Facilities are available for all guests

Το Casa di Mare είναι ισόγεια, αυτόνομη κατοικία σε διώροφο κτίσμα, σε υψόμετρο 30μ. από τη θάλασσα, στον παραλιακό δρόμο του Βροντάδου, στη Χίο. Βρίσκεται σε μια περιοχή με πολύ πράσινο στο γειτονικό δασάκι και υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα και τα Μικρασιατικά παράλια. Απέναντι απλώνεται η πλατεία του Αφανή Ναύτη με το ομώνυμο άγαλμα μέσα στη θάλασσα.

Ωραία θέα, 50 μέτρα από την παραλία Βροντάδου . Διαθέτει δωρεάν παρκινγκ. Βρίσκεται στον δεύτερο όροφο, είναι δροσερό, ευάερο και ευήλιο με μεγάλο γωνιακό μπαλκόνι. Έχει ησυχία και γαλήνη. Δίπλα του υπάρχουν καφετέριες, ταβέρνες ,ψητοπωλεία, φαρμακείο, στάση λεωφορείου, πρατήριο υγρών καυσίμων και σούπερ μάρκετ.
