Die Villa mit 8-10 Betten liegt am Rand des Dorfes Fuskulin. Luxus und Komfort in und ausserhalb der Villa mit: Pool, Whirlpool, Auẞenküche, Grill (Ofyr) und nur wenige km vom Strand, sowie von der Altstadt von Porec.

Apartment V located within Villa Istria Rovinj has free WiFi, BBQ facilities, a garden and private parking. The apartment has it's own balcony, air conditioning, flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with shower. A fridge and stovetop are also featured, as well as a coffee machine and an electric tea pot. If you would like to discover the area, old town of Rovinj, relax on the beach, go hiking, fishing, renting a boat are possible nearby and we can also arrange a bicycle rental service.

A relaxing apartment on the second floor of the house. It has a living room with a sofa(bed for 2 people), dining room, bedroom, kitchen, a bathroom, and a beautiful balcony looking at the garden side of the house. There is free parking in front of the house, WiFi & air conditioning. Also, I will give you a free parking card for Vrsar public parking. Location is 500m from the city center and 750 from the beach. There is a restaurant, a playground, and a store 50m from the apartment.
