The Helm—2-Story Container Home close to Magnolia Market

This unique home started as two shipping containers–20' and 40'. We insulated and paneled the interior in pine shiplap and trimmed it out in 100+ year old barnwood. The outside is clad with cedar siding with spacing to allow the original container to still be seen. Entry is through the original container doors or a side entry with a standard door. We removed the steel panels from the doors and replaced them with picturesque full glass. The fun rooftop deck is surrounded by a custom cable railing system and lit with LED lights under the rail that gives the deck a beautiful glow at night. The deck and upstairs bedroom is accessed by an exterior spiral stairway. We live right around the corner so are available for anything you need including any questions on the house or your time in Waco. We’ll try to meet you to show you the house if possible but you can also check yourself in with the passcode we’ll send you the day of check-in. The location is a safe rural neighbourhood, just north of Waco and close to I-35. Surrounded by trees, cattle graze nearby. Guests are also welcome to use the lawn. Shop and eat in Homestead Cafe and Craft Village. only 3 minutes away by road. You can park right at the house and Uber is available.

Reserve "The Barndominium" for two or pair it with "The Cabin" for a shared experience with friends or family! The newly updated "Barndominium" is located on a working ranch hub alongside "The Cabin" and our workshop. Enjoy beautiful, peaceful scenery with breathtaking sunsets and sunrises or explore!

Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. With a 2-5 minute walk you can get some of the best coffee, healthy breakfast & lunch, and cocktails in town. Pinewood Coffee Bar, Harvest on 25th, Sloane's and Pinewood Public House are each one block away. The neighborhood is right next to Castle Heights, which is a lovely neighborhood to walk in. This spacious suite includes leather couch and chairs. The accents that will feel like your “home away from home!" Relax in the rockers on the cute front porch for some true “recreation.” The adjacent kitchen dining area is well equipped for cooking with a small size refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee/tea station. The cottage has a simple but elegant country home feel. There is a large swing nestled in the large pecan trees that is fun for thrill seekers.
