This condo is in a nice gated community! It's 10 mins from downtown and 11 from Magnolia. It has 2 bedrooms and a very large sleeper sectional. You can also enjoy the high speed internet and NFL RedZone package. This unit is also great for families. We have a toddler bed, pack and play and a high chair available upon request. We have 23 lovely acres with a spring-fed creek, a quarry pond, and lots of friendly animals to talk to. Your apartment was built in 2017 and set apart from the main house.
