Welcome to our little 1950's classic Kiwi Bach! Cozy 2 bedder, decent living area, huge front/back yards, all the comforts. Some say its the best location in Omoks! Beautiful calm swimming beach across the road and over the park. Within a stones throw is a dairy, cafe, restaurant/bar, playground, massive park, fishing wharf, boat ramp, and epic walk/bike paths. Not far away are hot pools, the best pizza & pies, fish & chips, golf course, supermarket... 20 mins drive to Tauranga/Mount Maunganui.

Our sunny beach haven is tucked down a shared driveway in centrally located Papamoa Beach. Think bach style turned into a plant filled home. Our place borders a popular waterway walkway which is great for running or riding. The gravel pathway leads to Fashion Island a mere 2km away.
