My comfortable home overlooks Lake Karapiro. It has superb, uninterrupted, water, mountain and country views from the deck and several rooms. Sunsets can be amazing and you can see it all while relaxing in the outdoor bath. The home is conveniently positioned to many activities and places of interest eg. Waikato River Trails, Hobbiton, Blue Spring, Arapuni Suspension bridge , Sanctuary Mountain, Karapiro Domain, Takapoto Estate, Riverside Adventures, Deciduus Gallery and Red Barn wedding venue

Location, location, location. A peaceful paradise with stunning views of beautiful lake Taupo and Mount Tauhara. A treasured home with a very warm and welcoming vibe - lots of unique features. The location is brilliant, overlooking Acacia Bay’s popular swimming and kayaking bay. Walk to the water in two minutes. The boat ramp is a short two min drive and we are seven minutes by car to Taupo township. The perfect spot for your next break. The views are amazing! A special Kiwi experience!

An emphasis was placed on entertaining, and the outdoor living is simply superb enhanced with a gas fireplace, outdoor tv and soothing fish pond. Very sunny with all the creature comforts including Spa, central ducted air-con and double glazing. Extensively landscaped. Fully functional home with all the necessities to enjoy a staycation - you’ll feel right at home!

Dreamy sunsets over Lake Taupo & Ruapehu

Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided (sorry guests keep taking them and it’s to hard to constantly replace).

Piha Designer House - Ocean Views - 2 brm

Designed to capture the sun and the sweeping ocean view. Wood-burner for cosy winter nights and unlimited fibre broadband wifi for Netflix. Pull back the ranch sliders in summer and open the house to the outdoors. Relax with dinner, drinks and the setting sun on the covered outdoor deck. Underfloor heating the bathrooms provides all year comfort. It's a 5min walk down the road to the start of the beach track and then a 20min stroll through the bush down to the beach (or a 3min drive!)

Kaimai Range Country Getaway provides a beautiful, modern cottage featuring expansive deck views. This is a perfect location to chill and do nothing or discover the endless attractions the Bay of Plenty has to offer. Whether it’s lazy days on the beach or other energetic activities you can do as little or as much as you wish. Honeymooners enjoy a private, idyllic getaway with starry nights in the outdoor baths with a glass of wine (Robes supplied), which can be used all year round.
