Whaling Captain Pierson's Cottage is at a waterfront property. A unique environmental experience, nestled in nature but only a 7 minutes’ walk from the center of historic Sag Harbor Village. It is the only cottage offering a vast, picturesque, panoramic view of beautiful Sag Harbor Cove from Main Street as well as spectacular sunsets and a private low-tide beach. Contemporary 4-bed + 4 1/2 bath home sitting on a park-like acre of gardens. Swim in the large pool (opens 04/25 and closes mid-October (there's an additional charge for heating - see below), relax in a hammock or bbq on the deck. Play ping-pong, darts, pool or take a 15 min walk to private bay beach to swim and paddle board. Or drive 15mins to the Atlantic beaches and visit picturesque Sag Harbor, Montauk. East Hampton (walking distance to village)

Relax by the hot tub and fire pit with local wines or walk to the village for shopping and dining. House is just a few blocks from Serafina and the famous Nick and Toni’s. Complimentary cruiser bikes included to get around town. IGA supermarket is around the corner and gas grill is on site and ready to use. The house is also walking distance to the train station if your coming from Manhattan. The second bedroom features a Murphy Bed that folds out of the wall and over the couch pictured.

Walk to East Hampton Village & Ocean Beaches

Great Location! The center of East Hampton village is only 1 mile from the house where you can enjoy fabulous restaurants, wonderful shopping, or a relaxing night at the movies. Enjoy a terrific day at the ocean or evening walk on the beach - Main Beach is only 1 mile from the house-just a short walk or bike ride! If you prefer spending time at home, then relaxing by the pool and enjoying the manicured yard is the perfect way to spend the day! (The pool closes in Mid October)

The newly renovated house with 4 spacious bedrooms (all with an en-suite bathroom) is only minutes from the Sag Harbor Village center. The private bayside beach is warmer and safer to swim (especially for kids) than the Atlantic coast. The house could also be a great base for a weekend trip with the Woelffer and Channing Daughters wineries only a short drive away.

Walk to Vineyards, Beaches, Farms & Town

Private bungalow with a separate entrance in a historical tudor home. Spacious bedroom with king-sized bed, kitchenette and bathroom. Two bikes, cable TV, internet, AC, beach towels, parking, snacks, coffee and water all provided. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, vineyards, grocery, farms and fish market. Jitney stop is one block away!
