We provide a small selection of breakfast options for short stays of up to 3 nights and a small kitchenette area is available for basic meal preparation. Located in central Hamilton we are close to the central city, Claudelands GloBox Event Centre, FMG Rugby Park, local shops, a large park and the bus stops at our gate.

Note, following completion of the reno's, the BnB is totally separate to the owners living spaces, there are no shared spaces as mentioned in past reviews.

Our home is down the end of a private lane and enjoys peaceful, quiet surroundings. Continental breakfast provided. The room is on a separate wing of our home, with it’s own entrance. There is a king sized bed and modern ensuite.
