With its own private entrance, the suite is connected to one end of the owner’s residence yet remains completely secluded for your comfort and privacy. Not suitable for children under 13 yrs.

The Hilly House, Private Boutique Accommodation

The Hilly House is a hillside property in the heart of the Whitehall district, surrounded by beautiful rural views. Very private. Outdoor baths for relaxing in peace, star gazing with a glass of wine or two. Our friendly and inquisitive llamas will come over to greet you, you can fine their pellets inside the house. There are many lovely walks nearby. Blue Springs in Putaruru, 40 mins. Sanctuary Mt Maungatautari, 35 mins and 10 mins from Lake Karapiro and Cambridge with amazing eateries.

Gardeners' Cottage (Breakfast included)

This charming English-style cottage offers tranquil and private country accommodation. Breakfast is included, featuring a selection of muesli, yogurt, toast, and spreads. Inside the cottage, you'll find a convenient kitchenette equipped with a small fridge, microwave, convection oven, hobs, and a toaster. It's spacious with a full sized kitchen, a lounge/dining area with elevated views over the city and indoor-outdoor flow to an enclosed garden. Upstairs is a shared pool(heated Sept-April) and hot tub area. The bedrooms open from a central hall. The huge master bedroom has its own courtyard. It is conveniently located with easy access to all events, cafe's/bars and business Hamilton has to offer.

Relax and unwind in our intimate studio by Lake Karapiro. Treetops studio is situated in a peaceful garden setting with lovely views over the treetops above Lake Karapiro. At the end of the drive(500m) is the Karapiro domain - enjoy a short walk to have a coffee at the Podium cafe or cycle/walk the Te Awa cycleway. We are 20mins from Hamilton airport and a great location to access local tourist attractions: Cambridge 10mins, Hobbiton 30mins, Rotorua 1hour, Waitomo caves 1 hour.

Free Range Farmstay

Enjoy a peaceful private apartment (main bedroom, ensuite & kitchenette). 2nd bedroom available which sleeps 3 (internal staircase to our private residence between bedrooms). Surrounded by farmland on the main tourist route between Waitomo/Hobbiton/Rotorua/Karapiro/Cambridge. We live downstairs with our 3 children, cat & dog. You are welcome to use our swimming pool, spa (hot tub), tennis court & BBQ area (with fire pit). Perfect accommodation for singles, couples or families!

Rural life

Fully self-contained with own kitchenette and bathroom. This is the end attached bedroom of our family home, with own separate entry via lock box. Rural lifestyle but only 5 minutes from town. We have a host of animals to check out - friendly family dog, pony, donkeys, cows and chickens. Relax and unwind in your air-conditioned room, by the pool or in the spa - the choice is yours. Close to Waitomo Caves, good stop off on way to Mt Ruapehu and 45 mins from Hamilton.
