Get way from IT! Please enjoy my home while I'm off on a tour of duty as an outback midwife. I'm not joking about getting away from it (aka technology) - there is no wifi or TV! Don't worry there is strong cellphone coverage if you need to turn your phone on. My 100 year old villa does have all of the other mod cons and is situated 2 minutes walk from the train station and five minutes from the cafes, restaurants and pubs. And my back gate opens onto Howard Booth Park - for exercise & play.

Our delightful house is situated 2-3 mins away from the beach and a park, making it a perfect getaway for families seeking fun & relaxation. The beach is good for swimming, sunbathing, and beach-combing. The playgrounds for picnics and playtime. The house is an old villa fitted out with modern furniture. The living room offers comfortable seating and a smart TV. The kitchen is equipped to serve meals and snacks for the whole family. Please note you must take your rubbish with you.

This 1907 Victorian Villa built entirely of beautiful New Zealand native timber features five bedrooms, four of which are currently set up for guests. (two queen, one double and two single beds) Located on popular Renall Street it's only a short 5-10min walk to Renall Street Train Station or to Masterton's town center where you'll find cafes, shops, cinema and restaurants. Or take a day trip to Wairarapa's iconic beaches- Castlepoint and Riversdale, both are only a 45min drive away.
