This first floor apartment of a two unit 1830 farmhouse can be rented on its own or with the upstairs unit. Booked as just the first floor, it is completely secluded with its own private entrance. Full kitchen, living room and bathroom. 3 acres, swimming hole, wifi, cable, TV, laundry. Very easy to get to towns and skiing. IMPORTANT NOTE: A/C window unit in kitchen living area only. MOST places in the area (except the main resort) DO NOT have A/C. It seldom gets past low 80s usually in the 70s and there is a wonderful breeze.
