Wanaka Tree Paradise

A guest's favourite, we are located in a well-established, private and sheltered corner of Rippon Lea with amazing mountain views. The living and dining areas open onto the large sunny deck, great for families. The home is heated by a large log burner and heat pump. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor with own bathroom and toilet. The main bedroom is upstairs with ensuite and enjoys excellent lake views. Plenty of off-street parking for cars and boats. Fully fenced section. Pets OK.

Summer Sun and Winter Fun

This family friendly house is walking distance to Wanaka town and the lake front. The bedrooms are adaptable so it is worth enquiring about the needs of your group. It has great outdoor spaces: a breakfast patio for morning sun, a deck and lawn for the middle of the day and an outdoor fire/BBQ which is sheltered from the wind. In the evening there are multiple areas where people can relax and enjoy a movie. Its a comfortable haven and a great base from which to launch your Wanaka adventures.

The master bedroom has a double shower ensuite bathroom. The other 3bedrooms are either king single or super king beds. In a separate bedroom off the living room are is one fold out bed and king bed or 2 king singles, & king + king single in the master bedroom. The lawn area is well fenced.
