Or if you have your boat with you and want to get out on the lake, Wanaka Marina is just a two-minute drive along the lakefront. The nearby lake, mountains and fast-flowing rivers lend themselves to plenty of adventure year-round, with kayaking, jet boating and skiing nearby. Lake Hawea Escape

Escape to a serene, modern oasis nestled in the heart of Lake Hawea. This new build is designed with comfort and style in mind, featuring new Sleepyhead beds, air conditioning for year-round comfort and a wood fire to keep you warm in the colder months. The interior boasts a loft room perfect for children, (recommended 8 and over) or those young at heart. Step outside to find your own native garden, complete with a deck, lawn and a relaxing hot tub, offering an idyllic space to relax and unwind.

Central Modern

Modern townhouse in the perfect location. Enjoy a peaceful or fun-filled stay, sitting on the deck with the BBQ, relaxing in the hot tub or chilling in front of the fire. Just a few minutes walk to Wanaka's bars and restaurants or a short stroll across Pembroke park to the lake where you can take the kayaks over to Ruby Island or just cruise around the bay. Each room has it's own ensuite, TV and built-in wardrobe/cupboards. In the garage there is an EV charger (Type 2) and racks for skis.

Uninterrupted lake views await your next very special getaway. This retreat is a perfect blend of luxe and retro in an architecturally designed 1960's Cottage nestled in outstanding natural beauty. There is nothing between you and the spectacular lake view apart from some deep breaths, a wine and some down time. This is the best view in Lake Hawea! The Cottage sits at the front of the property with a fenced off and completely separate Corner Peak Studio at the back of the property.

5 year old house with double garage & lovely open plan living area with large deck area. The kitchen is well equipped. It's superbly warm with underfloor heating system & loads of all day sun. The master bedroom has a double shower ensuite bathroom. The other 3bedrooms are either king single or super king beds. In a separate bedroom off the living room are is one fold out bed and king bed or 2 king singles, & king + king single in the master bedroom. The lawn area is well fenced.

The house is double glazed and heated or cooled by heat pumps in the lounge and all bedrooms. All beds have electric blankets. Appliances include - Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, Stereo, 65” TV with Chrome cast and Sky Sport. BBQ and outside table and chairs. All bed linen, towels etc. supplied.
