Our two bedroom apartment in the Belvedere complex is in a quiet cul de sac, only a few minutes walk to the town & lake. You can stroll down to the delicious food trucks by the stream or one of the funky cafe & bar options over looking the stunning lake and mountains. The complex features a drying room & two saunas, for your winter escape and Cardrona is only 20mins away. We have an underground car park that can also fit two bikes, to enjoy the local scenic tracks. Plus a small storage area.

Whio Apartment and Sauna

This unique apartment has a luxurious style of its own. Coupled with a traditional steam sauna and outdoor shower, it’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure. Belvedere Apartments Standard 1 Bedroom Apartment

Belvedere Apartments are centrally located in a quiet street just a few minutes walk into downtown Wanaka - shopping, bars, cafes, restaurants and lakefront. Wanaka is a well renowned winter ski destination and we are just a 30 minute drive to two of New Zealand's top alpine ski resorts - Cardrona and Treble Cone. In the summertime, swim in the lake, hike one of the many stunning walks or bike one of the many tracks / trails on offer. Choose from either a Queen bedroom OR a Twin bedroom.

Anaka

This architectural luxury warm and modern 3/4 bed home plus studio is close to Wanaka, the local trails, the lake and the river. It has expansive mountain views, a huge lawn and privacy.
